Brewing tips to always remember

  • Use Freshly Roasted Coffee: Coffee 47 beans are roasted in small batches for maximum freshness. Always grind your beans just before brewing.

  • Water Quality Matters: Use filtered water for the best flavour. Avoid distilled or heavily chlorinated water.

  • Measure Precisely: Invest in a digital scale to ensure accurate coffee-to-water ratios.

  • Control Temperature: Ideal brewing temperatures range between 90°C and 96°C.

  • Experiment and Adjust: Fine-tune grind sizes, brewing times, and coffee-to-water ratios to match your taste preferences.
